Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Service Guarantee
We stand by the workmanship of our painting services and will rectify defects arising from our workmanship within a specified defect liability period (as detailed in your service agreement).
his service guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors (eg: extreme weather, neglect, structural movement, unauthorised modifications).

2. Refunds
Because our Services are bespoke (on-site, labour & materials), refunds are generally not provided except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for major failures or statutory guarantees.
If you believe a major failure has occurred, you may request action under ACL; we will handle such requests in accordance with law.

3. Return of Materials
In rare cases where unused materials or components are supplied (eg: unused decorative finishes), acceptance of returns will be subject to prior agreement, condition of materials, and may incur handling/restocking fees.
